Judges decision is final and no correspondence or arbitration will be entertained. Important aspects are; creativity, balance, impact, inspiration and overall artistic merit - Names of judges are confidential until after the prize giving. No employees or the direct family of the sponsors or organizers will be eligible for prizes.

Your art should not infringe any persons copyright, and we the organizers will not be liable for your use of said copyright material.

Please check carefully as it would be a pity to have to sell your prize to pay legal fees. Prizes are not exchangeable in any form and are supplied AS IS - If you do not require the prize but are entering for other reasons, please indicate this clearly so that someone else can also win.
